Due to the continued growth and success of the consultant team, the Bristol office now requires an individual with ideally a background in compliance / contractor care / recruitmentadministration to oversee the smooth running of the contractors and permanent placements UK wide.PERSONThe ideal candidate will be someone with a solid understanding of recruitment, either from administration or as a consultant, and how to manage the processes around a placement. You could be from a recruitment administration background or a contract or permrecruiter who is looking to move away from the sales element of the role.Alternatively you may be involved in the MI side of the role and be able to bring organisation and analysis to the position.
