You’re a successful Business Development Manager with a proven track record of sales within the Test & Instrumentation measurement sector. We’re a market leading distributor of research solutions for materials, renewable energy and electrochemistry applications looking to continue our phenomenal growth.BASIC SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000BENEFITS:· OTE: will be agreed based on individual basis, depending on experience· Car / Car Allowance · 25 days holiday· PensionLOCATION: This will be a Home based role, covering the entire UK so you could be in or near any of the following locations: London, Southampton, Portsmouth, Swindon, Slough, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Lincoln, Nottingham, Leicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Luton, Watford, Crawley, Brighton.You’re already a great sales person, used to selling solutions into either the Scientific Research & Development Sector, Academia or Research Group. Alternatively, you could be selling to Researchers and Manufacturers in applications such as sensors, corrosion, coatings, catalysts, fuel cells batteries and super capacitors.However, you’re finding life is limited and you’re looking for a chance to really fast forward your career.As one of our primary Business Development Managers, your focus will be on winning new business throughout the UK, as well as upselling and cross selling into our existing client base. You’ll spend your time travelling throughout the UK building great relationships with hi-tech research and engineering operations. You’ll guide them through the process of investing in our comprehensive range of electrochemical and energy research system products, such as:· Potentiostats & Battery Test Systems · Fuel Cell Research Systems· Electrolyzer Test SystemsTo be our Business Development Manager, you’ll ideally have a grounding in electronic measurement instrumentation techniques (a scientific qualification within a relevant field would be a distinct advantage). Or you may be a Technical Sales Engineer able to adapt your knowledge & skills to our range of products.Either way, you’ll be used to working from home and have the necessary self-motivation to organise your time and ensure all of our clients, both existing and new, get the best possible guidance and service.
