You must have strong communication skills, be willing to learn, hardworking and driven, creative and happy to pick up the telephone.On offer:£24,000 - £27,000 salary + Uncapped CommissionFlexible working - 2 days office/3 days from home, with flexible start and end timesOpportunities to progressLaptopWhat will you be doingGenerating new business across Schools, Trust, Nurseries and Early years settingsManaging and closing apprenticeship vacanciesMaintaining the highest levels of customer service during all client interactionsForging and growing partnershipsGenerating leads by contacting decision makers within Schools, Trusts, Nurseries and Early years settings to discuss their training and recruitment needs for existing staff and new Apprentice recruitmentServicing inbound enquiries generated from various channels and managing them through to completionDeveloping employer relationships so that existing customers become regular reoccurring clients while cross selling other programmes we offerCoordinating the initial application enrolment process with apprentices and their employers. Advise and support to employers regarding the Apprenticeship Levy, Incentives, and future funding reformsSchedule and complete weekly activities/KPI’s which include phone prospecting and virtual/face-to-face meetingsReport sales data and forecasts on a regular basis and meet month end sales deadlinesKeeping the internal CRM system up to date and documenting daily activity to track sales and personal performanceBe an expert on competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, evaluating the market and scoping out new opportunitiesWork closely with other departments and support staff to assist with coordination of sales administration / applicationsEnsuring the business hits all of our ambitious sales targetsBuild highly effective relationships with partners and clientsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and approachesWork with Excel, Power BI, CCRM and Smart Sheet to set up and produce meaningful reports and data to best support the department and to highlight to other stakeholdersBuild the programme area by working with the Business Development and marketing team to pro-actively seek new partner organisations and opportunities to broaden the programme offerAbout youA strong communicator (written and verbal) an excellent telephone mannerSales experience with a track record of meeting KPI’s and/or TargetsHave a fantastic work ethic and commitment to supporting professionalsBe highly competent using MS packages and CRMs (we can train)Be open to change - actively looking for ways to improve processes and outputs for the teamDriven and committed to forging a successful sales career
