Job Description *** New Permanent Opportunity for a Business Assurance Manager or Specialist for a Multinational Telco that deliver a wide range of Business Services *** Responsibilities* Lead from Control Operations & Recovery, on business change & concept to market programmes* Ensures adherence to SOX & other regulatory preparation on applicable controls* SME knowledge of specific products and has end to end ownership ofassessments, controls* Uses advanced business assurance knowledge to carry out coverage and risk assessments* Identifies key opportunities for improvement and transformation* Management of Business Assurance Analysts & Specialists* To pro-actively investigate& lead on new areas of possible leakage or margin improvement* To analyse, report and assist on the correction of revenue impacting errors* Performs & leads root cause analysis Experience
  • Significant Telco experience in: business assurance, fraud, project/programme management, risk, compliance, network, business operations, audit or billing roles,
  • Extensive Business/Revenue Assurance industry experience or other relevant area
  • Experience of managing teams of varying skill sets and capabilities
