Job Description

Business Analyst Lead

  • up to £70,000 pa

One of the UKs largest student accommodation provider are looking for a Business Analyst Lead to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.The Business Analyst Lead will manage a team of BAs and will define the approach supporting best practice adoption whilst contribution to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes.Key Requirements:
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies and implementing new ways of working.
  • Proven track record of building and developing BA functions with businesses and coaching more junior members of the team,
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
