An ambitious and dynamic practice are now looking to bring on board a Building Surveyor to join them in their growing and fun team based in Bristol.As the new Building Surveyor, you will be working of a full range of building surveying instructions on a variety of commercial properties, including offices, retail and industrial. Typically, you will work on a 50:50 split between professional and projectwork.Whilst undertaking the professional work for clients as the new Building Surveyor, youll cover dilapidations, schedules of condition, party wall awards and defect diagnosis.
