The RoleAs Bid Manager, you will play a key role in our Group growth strategy and will be directly responsible for managing prospective clients formal requests for proposals from receipt to submission. The role will involve working closely with subject matter expertsacross all of our divisions and writing compelling proposals to support Sandersons growth strategy.This job is all about collaboration, building relationships with internal stakeholders to understand our proposition, identify win themes and bring these to life through compelling writing and graphics. As Bid Manager you will manage the end-to-end process,including bid-no bid, project management, response writing, stakeholder management, document production and quality control.Day-to-day, youll be making an impact by: Creating proposals to win new services with existing customers Managing the bid process for potential new clients from receipt to submission, ensuring that high quality bids are delivered on time and in line with client requirements Chairing bid / no bid meetings and shaping win themes with the sales lead and solutions design teams Writing proposals and related bid documentation Working with design teams to manage and build pitch decks for presentations Managing the production, distribution, and control of documents Contributing to continuous improvement activity, identifying ways to improve the bid processYouYoull already have some experience of producing high quality tenders and proposals in either a bid management or bid co-ordination capacity. You will have a flair for translating innovative ideas and complex solutions into simple sales messagesExperience of producing bids for the recruitment or consulting sectors is beneficial but not essential.We look for:
