Youll be responsible to ensure that all legislation and regulatory standards are maintained. Youll be coaching and training your team so the services deliverthe outcomes and focuses on the aspirations of the people your team support. Youll be ensuring that all policies and procedures are understood and applied by all staff. Youll need to complete accurate and timely reports on the performance of the servicesyou manage. Youll be overseeing the budget and ensure costs are within agreed limits.
