Approved Electrician

Approved Electrician required for a field-based role in the Bristol / South West area

£39,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm
Overtime paid after 40 hours worked per week x 1.5 hourly rate Monday - Friday,x 1.5on Saturdays,x 2.0for Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Company van provided

About the role

Work within a mobile team of electrical, mechanical and building operatives
The installation of electrical systems and associated equipment
Isolates defective equipment from power supply, checks visually for faults, tests mechanical parts for faults, isolates the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem.
The responsibility for allocated work orders from receipt to completion.
Developing of relationships with all clients and potential new customers

The right candidate

Full UK Manual driving licence
Qualified with C&G 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ, C&G 2382 -10 18th Edition and C&G 2391-10 Inspection & Testing
Experience of installation, testing and maintenance of LV distribution systems and standby power systems including prime movers and UPS
Understanding of A/C systems and controls
Excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with internal and external customers and suppliers on a regular basis
