Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join an established training provider in a newly created role as they are going through a busy period of growth.As the Apprenticeships Internal Quality Assurer, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and accurate delivery across apprenticeships.There will be travel involved, as you will be required to observe coaching, teaching and assessment both in the workplace and remotely. There are two positions available, one to cover the south of England and one to cover the north, (with travel to the Bristol head office once a month).In this is a newly created role in a fast paced, growing team.   • Conduct quality assurance activities in line with IQA Strategy
  • Carry out observations of teaching and assessment and delivery of constructive feedback
  • Supporting Apprenticeship Tutors to create and implement plans to enable student progression
  • Monitor candidate progress
  • Deliver training to Apprenticeship Tutors
  • Key skills:
  • Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Have an IQA qualification and previous experience within a similar role
  • Self motivated and clear communication style
  • A strong understanding of national developments within the Education and Apprenticeships sector
  • This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £32,000. It is a full time position (37.5 hours Monday to Friday with some flex on start and finish times).
