Role: App Support EngineerLocation: Bristol (hybrid)Salary: up to £44k (experience dependent)We are looking for an enthusiastic app support engineer whos a broad technologist to join a team working on mission critical projects in the public sector/defence. As a result, you MUST BE A UK CITIZEN WHO HAS LIVED IN THE UK CONTINUOUSLY FOR OVER 10 YEARS (eligible for an enhanced SC).Youll be a fast learner, taking challenges in your stride as they arise, being able to analyse, respond, and resolve the problem ensuring high quality service. Youll be contributing to the maintenance and development of a bespoke system responsible forcommunicating with a number of critical Government organisations.Youll be responsible for the provision of first/second line support, investigating and diagnosing technical issues with customers software deployments. Acting as the pivot between customer/company, the right candidate will be responsible for progress reports,expectation management alongside maintaining and managing test environments for problem replication.
