Job Description

Aerospace and Defence Jobs Morson Talent are currently seeking experienced professionals for potential Aerospace and Defence Jobs in the South West of England, specifically in the Bristol area. These will be contract positions where the expected working hours and rates will be determinedby the specific role.Particularly of interest are suitably qualified and experienced:

  • Aircraft Fitters
  • Multi Skilled Fitters
  • Fabricators
  • Welders
  • Jig/Tool Makers
  • Metrology Fitters
  • CNC Machinists
Candidates should have the following attributes:

  • Resolving technical problems and providing technical guidance to other team members.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Proficient in using various tools, equipment, and software applications related to their role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
