The Company:Our client is the UKs leading provider of support services to the legal sector with more than 800 people based in 45 client sites. They provide quality of support delivered to partners and fee-earners.The Job:On behalf of our client we are delighted to be assisting them with an Administrator to work MondayFriday 12noon8pm. This role is based in central Bristol and in this role you will be able to work from home for the later shifts once you have been trainedfully.Are you a speedy typist with high levels of accuracy and confident using Microsoft Office.The role is to provide a consistent, professional and accurate document production for lawyers who are based in offices across the UK. You will be required to produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, emails, deeds and attachments from a varietyof different clients. You will need to have an very good eye for detail and will need fast and accurate word processing skills, as well as an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.The main duties of this role will include:Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, faxes, deeds, attachments etc from a variety of sources, in house style and in line with the DPC systems/proceduresProducing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets and graphsEffectively using the DPC workflow system to prioritise and deal with incoming and outgoing workProof reading and checking documents that have been produced to ensure they are correct, in line with house style and, where applicable, attachments have been includedLiaising with the Team Leader and Legal PAs, as appropriate, in relation to document production matters and queriesEffectively managing workloads to ensure all deadlines are met and clients advised of progressSupporting and helping new/other members of the DPC team to develop their skillsThe Person:The successful person will be customer focused, preferably with document production and audio typing experience. Legal experience is desirable but if youre comfortable on a computer, know your way around MS Office and are enthusiastic, this could be therole for you.For this role its essential have excellent accuracy and confident IT skills and excellent typing skills (ideally 50wpm), this is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional services support rolein a great team environment.The Benefits:Pension, 20 days holiday plus 1 extra day for each years service, death in serviceThe Location:Central Bristol, no car parking (hybrid)The Hours:Monday - Friday 12noon8pmThe Salary:£ 21,500
