Job Description

Hours of work - Full time, you will work 4 days per week between 6am-9pm- you must be fully flexible between these hours 7 days a week Rate of pay - £10.50 per hourLocation - Central Bristol, BS1We are currently recruiting for a brilliant Customer Service Administrator role based in central Bristol, you will be working for one of the most well known banks on the high street. You will be undertaking general administration tasks and aiming to provide excellent customer service at for customers at all times. You will be providing administrative support to the Operations of the business.What will you be doing

  • Dealing with customer telephone calls and ensuring data security is adhered to at all times
  • Posting, scanning and indexing paperwork
  • Ensure customer calls are directed to the correct department
  • Monitoring of the work queue/task allocated to them and processing within timescales specified by procedures, regulatory requirements and service level agreements.
  • Managing relationships with both internal and external customers in connection with work flow and the movement and safe storage of data.
  • What are we looking for

  • Pay rate - £10.50 per hour - paid weekly!Hours of work -Monday to Sunday: Full time hours between 6am-9pmYou will be required to work 4 days per weekThis is a temporary role for 6 months however the client offers huge opportunities and this could potentially extend or even go permanent!
