Job Description

Salary will range from £17,384 - £18,500 + the potential to earn more with our pay for skills package + monthly performance-related bonus+ Progression Opportunities + Training & Development + Award Winning Employee Share Plan + 25 Days Holiday + ExcellentWorking CultureStart date: 25thOctoberMonday 8thNovember.Hours of work - Either 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. Training will be 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.The role be working from home but you must be able to commute to the offices in Bristol BS13.A role you will loveAsthe front-line department for the management of one of our most valuable areas of businesscustomer service.The Transaction Services Group (TSG) is a team which interacts with external shareholders, updating changes on their behalf andanswering shareholder queries by email or sometimes talking to other internal departments by telephone.After completing a comprehensive training experience, you will work on behalf of our clients providing outstanding customer service by processing transactions on our internal systems.In this varied and fast-paced role you will work as part of a team who work together to meet service and quality standards.You will work with experienced Team Leaders who will provide ongoing training and support.What will you bring to the role We are looking for dynamic, self-motivatedindividuals who are keen to provide outstanding customer service, have excellent attention to detail and want to ensure that we maintainour excellent standards.We are looking for candidates with the following experience and attributes:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a teampositive outlook and high energy are key!
  • PC literate - including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Enthusiasm to develop new knowledge and skills
  • Commitment to quality customer service
You must be available to start with us between Monday 25thOctober and Monday 8thNovember and no leave can be taken in the first 8 weeks of starting the role whilst youre training. The role is not available outside the UK and you must be in commutabledistance to the offices, in Bristol.
