The firm specialises in trademarks, patents and intellectual property, with this role joining the electronic and communication department. This firm promote a great workplace culture and so they are seeking a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.You will:

  • Monitor outstanding costs and preparing invoices
  • Manage diaries, incoming and outcoming emails and posts
  • Support with billings, update reports to clients, status checks and follow ups
  • Carry out various ad-hoc tasks, allocated by attorneys and administrators
  • Prepare, collate, scan and copy documents
  • Your skills and experience:
  • You will need experience within an administrative role
  • You will be a positive and friendly individual
  • You have clear communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • You will be highly organised and have good prioritisation skills
  • You will have experience with Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
