Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a business in Chipping Sodbury, that cares for and supports its employees to achieve a great work/life balance as an Accounts Payable Administrator is available.Do you have experience with Purchase Ledger, with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service, and communication skillsThis is a full-time, hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Flexible working opportunities will also be considered. Hours typically from 08:30 - 17:00 with 1-hour lunch.Main duties include:

  • Matching Invoices to Purchase Orders
  • Statement Reconciliation
  • Support in resolving queries and escalating issues where necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Pay suppliers and subcontractors within their credit terms
  • Complete weekly payment runs
  • Follow process within adhered times and quality constraints
