Job Description

Group AccountantBristol£27,000 - £35,000Based in Bristol, my market-leading client is looking for an exciting Accountant to join one of their growing finance teams, with great career progression opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Financial Controller with day to day tasks
  • Complete all first-level transactions and ensure these are accurately completed
  • Prepare and reconcile transactions, including credit control
  • Provide support to the team and ensure you adhere to deadlines in a timely manner
  • Consolidate management accounts to support the Financial Controller
  • Ensuring financial processes are adhered to and preparing required management reporting, complying with legal processes.
Skills & Experience
  • Qualified AAT accountant or early stages ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in transactional finance
  • Strong Excel skills. Ideally have exposure to a range of finance systems
  • Deadline focussed, thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience
  • Calm and focused individual. Great at working independently.
  • Good attention to detail
