We have a client that is continuing to deliver exceptional work to their global healthcare / pharmaceutical client base in Bristol and is in search for an established marketing Account Director with ideally a degree or background in Neuroscience or a similar sector. A good listener who is approachable- Proven presentation and pitching skills- The confidence to interact with and present to clients of all levels-They ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment- A persuasive approach allied with the ability to negotiate and sell the agencys creative product- Considerable experience in healthcare advertising / marketing- Notable experience operating as a senior point of contact for clientsThe roleReporting to marketing Group Account Director / Client Service Director, the Account Director leads a designated portfolio of clients ( Neuroscience ), ensuring delivery of high-quality creative campaigns and strategies as well as contributing to new business initiatives across the agency. This includes writing proposals and delivering creative pitches. The account director is responsible for devising client strategies and overseeing the operational aspects of accounts as well as inspiring a team of Account Managers and Executives to deliver projects on time, on budget and against pre-defined client objectives.The companyMy client is an independent, ambitious, fully integrated pharmaceutical and veterinary healthcare advertising agency based in Bristol.
