Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a market-leading software and services business based in central Bristol with the appointment of an Account Manager to join their highly successful team.The ideal candidate will have experience of selling solutions to Universities, together with experience in software, preferably Software as a Service.This is a varied opportunity and responsibilities will involve:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing accounts. These will include Universities nationally as well as internationally.
  • Building relationships at C-Suite level across each account, understanding their challenges and strategies
  • Liaising with clients via telephone, email, meetings (both video and in-person) and service reviews
  • Competing product demonstrations
  • Overseeing the tendering process
  • The ideal candidate will have a track record and examples of account development and selling/upselling multiple products to the same client. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully network and grow relationships at senior levels within Universities. You will be able to demonstrate a consultative selling approach together with a proven track record of exceeding substantial targets.In return you will receive:
  • A competitive base salary of £35,000 to £40,000/annum
  • A generous and uncapped commission structure of ~£20k as well as a kicker bonus
  • 28 days holiday, rising by one day per year of employment
