Particular skill set required is the ability to analyse and understand problems, functional, non-functional requirements and provide advice on solution feasibility.Role Summary:*This role is available to support the migration to M365 for 600+ users.*Project activity will focus on full integration of the M365 ecosystem including communication and collaboration tools, amendments to exchange/email provision, review of SharePoint and other end user benefits.*All of this migration work will need to be done in accordance with the architecture, security and data guidelines.*The role holder will possess a strong 3rd line engineering background in infrastructure and have knowledge of cloud offerings e.g. AWS/Azure and Microsoft technical skills to fulfil this role.Accountabilities & Responsibilities*Complete the migration of existing estate to O365 in line with our architectural roadmap and agreed project scope*Work with project team to analyse business requests and provide input to ensure solutions meet requirements*Able to provide real-world experience and insight to aid and influence the solution design*Review / work to achieve project deliverables and milestones*Challenge existing assumptions and directions, to ensure the best outcome for company and the associated technologies.*Ensure tasks are completed as requested and on time to ensure project timelines are met.*Ability to answer technical questions and describe elaborate system designs to other team members and management.*Prepare appropriate reports for information and programme boards, covering progress and risks/issues.*Support team to deliver and support during transition to O365*Identify and document areas of IT Risk.*Support IT Risk Management by proposing appropriate risk mitigation and control measures.
