Your main responsibilities will include looking after a range of clientele within industries from Education and Retail to Construction and Professional services. As an IT Services Technician, you will be expected to support their most prestigious clients, including system monitoring and report systems, planning pro-active maintenance schedules and completing 3rd Line BAU issue escalations from the helpdesk.
