Job Description

2nd Line Support Analyst Office 365 G-Suite MAC Windows £25,000 - £28,000 Bristol Are you a 1st/2nd line support technician looking for a step up in your career Are you frustrated working as an internal IT support analyst on the same old tickets day in day outIf the answer is yes to either of the above then my client is looking for you!Youll be joining a tight-knit, technically hands-on team of 8 in a position that will allow you to evolve and grow. Theyre looking for someone who takes pride in the quality service they provide to clients and colleagues alike.Working closely with the 1st line technicians on escalated queries and seeking to resolve them in a timely manner youll be a problem solver with strong communication skills.Ideally youll have an understanding of the following:- M365 experience including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure and ATP - Windows 10 and Mac OS experience - Experience of networking including DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP and Network implementations (Router, switch, access point installations) - Hardware experience - Laptops, desktops, printers & mobile devices - Experience of use of industry standard tools such as AutoTask, Datto RMM and IT Glue or equivalent - Experience in a service desk/helpdesk/MSP environmentThe organisation are an industry accredited IT service provider who pride themselves on the progression and training opportunities for new and existing staff members.
