Second line IT Support technician - Bristol - £30k - £35k DOEI am currently seeking an ambitious second line IT Support technician to work in a well-established team for a market leading MSP client who are based in Bristol.You will need 2nd line experience fixing server issues and the like, If you have third line experience that is a plus! The successful applicant will be someone who loves problem solving and is not afraid to try different approaches.The successful second line IT Support technician will provide remote support, ensuring that all problems are solved according to priority, drawing on your experience and asking for help when needed Roles and responsibilities: *Point of escalation to the support team*Find and implement solutions to escalates tickets *Assist lead IT infrastructure engineer with infrastructure works*Data centre management and support*assisting in project worksSkills and experience:*Server management*Fault resolution*Hyper-V , Veeam*Handling complex issuesKnowledge of some or all of the following would be advantageous*3rd line support*second line service desk experience in an MSP environmentThis position will suit an individual with previous experience in a second line helpdesk position in an MSP or similar environment. You do not need a degree to apply if you have the relevant skills and experience. Excellent communication and organisationalskills are essential requirements of this role.
