We are looking for an individual to deliver exceptional support to our clients whilst ensuring you progress your skills and develop your knowledge.1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - MSP/ IT Support / TelecomsBristol£22,000 - £25,000 DOEWe highly encourage test environments and testing of new technology/solutions that could be deployed to the market. As a business we are committed to ensure our staff become the very best in the industry.This role is suited for an experienced 1st Line Engineer looking to progress into 2nd line role.The 2nd Line IT Engineer Role:+ Based in our Bristol Office (potential remote working to begin with)+ Work on Project and BAU work.+ Provide IT Support and troubleshoot issues that arise using a logical and structured process ensuring client issues are dealt with in a highly professional manner.+ Demonstrate awareness of data protection, security policies and IT best practice.+ Work with 3rd party vendors.Person Specification:+ Technical experience up to 2nd Line+ Experience in Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti Unifi+ Experience with Microsoft Cloud Products (Office 365/Intune)+ Experience supporting and managing Windows Operating Systems Windows 7 to Windows 10 (Including MacOS)+ Patching and updating Windows Operating Systems (ideally using Solarwinds or Intune)+ Management experience of anti-virus and anti-malware systems+ Working knowledge of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, Switches, firewalls, endpoints and patching experience, wireless networks and VLANs+ Experience with installation and remote support of desktops, printers and network toolsDesirable:+ Currently or recently working within an MSP (multi-tenant environment).+ Experience in an ISP environment+ Experience with Microsoft Azure+ Experience configuring and managing Windows Server+ Linux experience+ Audio Visual experienceThis fantastic role offers a varied and rewarding challenge for the right individual.
