Job Description

The RoleAre you a skilled administrator ready for a new challenge Do you have some experience in Compliance and want to join a friendly, fast paced teamAt SG Building Distribution we are looking for a Property Compliance Coordinator to work in our Brighouse (hybrid following training) office where you will liaise with our contractors to ensure all Property Compliance activities are undertaken.This Property Compliance Coordinator role forms part of the wider administration team in our Construction and Development department. This is a Monday to Friday role with some flexibility on hours.What were looking for: For this role we want someone who is excellent communicator and remains calm under pressure. You will be the key person in ensuring we meet our delivery expectations.

  • A team player with the ability to communication effectively with all stakeholders
  • Strong administration and computer literacy skills. The software currently used by the team include Excel, Word, Power Point, Qube, Columbus (viewing invoices), Alfie (invoice details only), internet, Adobe Acrobat X Pro, Alpha Tracker, Project 400 (RAM),Teams- experience using all/ the majority of these programmes would be highly beneficial
