Paragon Locums are the most exciting and innovative new agency in the UK, specializing in the recruitment of Mental Health Professionals. We put our staff at the forefront of our business and empower them to be the best versions of themselves they can be.We have recently won some huge contracts with the major private mental hospital providers in the UK. These are national providers so we are looking for experienced Band 2 Mental Health Support Workers nationwide. However this vacancy is for support staff in the Yorkshire region. The hospitals I am referring to are based in Bradford, Leeds and Huddersfield. The hospitals are private mental health hospitals which will have Acute, PICU, Rehab and Locked wards. However some hospitals may also require staff for Learning Disability, Dementia or CAMHS patients too. Ideally we are looking for support staff who are flexible on which type of ward they will work.We are paying highly competitive pay rates dependent on the location of each hospital. However rates will vary between £12.50 and £21.00 per hour through an umbrella. PAYE rates are between £10.00 and £18.75 per hour.We can potentially secure up to 6 shifts a week for you. We need Support Workers for Long Day and Night shifts as well as the odd shorter shift. However most shifts will be between 10 and 11.5 hours in length.Ideally we are looking for experienced Mental Health Support Workers who are highly skilled in what they do and have all of the relevant training in order to work safely on a Mental Health Ward. Depending on which hospital you get sent to you will need either PMVA or MAPA Training as well as your Skills for Health Mandatory Training which will need to be refreshed annually.We are looking so forward to receiving your application and hopefully welcoming you onto our amazing team here at Paragon Locums.
