Human Resources ManagerBrighouse£36,000Office BasedWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team and oversee the Human Resources operations within the business over 3 sites across West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with strong experiencewith human resources. As a Human Resources Manager you will oversee the Human Resources team so experience in team management would be desirable.Whats in it for you:- Onsite parking - Fun team events (quizzes, team nights out, Christmas party)- Cycle to work scheme- Pension SchemeWithin in your role as Human Resources Manager you will help implement and oversee all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited employee training, writing, and carrying out company polices, producing training resources, employee relations and more.This role is best for someone who already has a good experience in HR management and has demonstrated extended time in a new role.
