Job Description

Job Title: Care AssistantLocation: Dorset, UKAre you passionate about providing compassionate care to those in need Do you have experience in the UK care sector and a commitment to making a positive difference in peoples lives If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a CareAssistant in Dorset!Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or residential settings.
  • Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and companionship.
  • Promoting independence and dignity while respecting the individual needs and preferences of each client.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience working in the UK care sector.
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
  • Completion of practical training relevant to the care assistant role. - Moving and handling, First aid etc.
  • Ability to provide 3 years of professional references.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
