Job Description

Administrator, Bridport, £11.53 per hour (temporary role)The purpose of this roleAs the Administrator youll be a key member of the team, reporting to the Directors providing daily administrative supportAs Administrator youll be responsible for:

  • Daily administration including answering all phone calls, emailing documentation, scanning, copying and filing
  • Collating project documents uploading to the relevant placed within the softwares whilst coordinating with different departments
  • Using the accounting software entering invoices, drafting purchasing orders and quotations
  • Communicating with all customers and suppliers, taking messages, data gathering and confirming information
  • Preparing presentations whilst recording meeting minutes
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to work to given deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly competent organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of MS Office and/or willing to learn CRM and Sharepoint systems
