This is a full-time position which will require you to plan and prepare your lessons, attend departmental meetings, parents evenings and mark and assess students work. The school is accessible by public transport and by car with on-site parking for staff. With fantastic support in place the school are able to consider applicants who are newly qualified.This is a smaller than average secondary academy with some of the best facilities in the area. The school have also recently made several keys changes which has enabled the school to progress and improve steadily over the last academic year. In this role you would be joining a hard-working and dedicated team of staff with a real moral purpose and the drive to exceed its own expectations and aspirations. The schools ultimate goal is to enable students to have the same opportunities and quality education so that they are indistinguishable from students graduating from grammar or independent schools.This position would suit an enthusiastic, passionate and committed Maths specialist with strong classroom management skills.
