They are now looking for a Site Manager to join their brand new Special Projects Division.About The RoleThey are creating a new region purely focused on the remediation works of legacy building projects, that ensures clear accountability as well as creating single reporting lines. There are likely to be 10-15 projects that require the 100% focus of this newlycreated region which will have a lifespan of circa 3-4 years.You’ll be capable of working as a team, and coordinating the different contributors to a project, and using your first-class communication skills, you will effectively motivate and communicate with the wider teams, in order to influence others to ensurethat the required programmes are met.Business
