Job Description

A Sales Executive/ Account Executive role in the high end Building and Construction industry - looking for a dedicated team member to drive sales and foster lasting client relationships. There will be no cold calling involved with this role.Client DetailsOur client is a highly reputable player in the high end Building and Construction industry. This establishment has a strong national presence and is esteemed for its top-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to growth they are currentlyrecruiting for a permanent Sales Executive/ Account Executive to manage incoming sales enquiries and provide an exceptional client service for new and existing customers.Description

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients
  • Managing incoming sales enquiries, converting to sales where possible
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
  • Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Providing sales forecasts and reports.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
ProfileA successful Sales Executive should have;
  • A solid background in sales or account management, preferably within the Building and Construction industry
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with high profile organisations and individuals
  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management, ideally within the Building and Construction or relatable industry
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Live locally to Brentwood and be a car driver
