Night and Day Porter (3 Days/2 Nights)Small 4* Luxury Hotel, Brentwood - Competitive rates of pay

    • Marygreen Manor Hotel is looking for a Night Porter. We are a small luxury 40 bed hotel in Brentwood Essex. The hotel offers a lovely 2 Rosette awarded dining room plus lounge bar and a garden area that is busy during the summer months. There is also a busy conference, wedding and banqueting operation.The Night Porter job will be responsible for dealing with guests of the hotel out of hours from 23h15 to 07h15 including checking in/out using the in-house reservation system (Reslynx), some general cleaning of the hotel, security monitoring and providing limited food and beverage options to guests.To be successful you will have previous hotel experience, either as Night Porter, Receptionist or other similar customer facing position. It is important that you are well presented, warm, welcoming and that you can demonstrate an understanding of what it means to deliver excellent standards in customer service.Work patters as follows: 3 Days out of 7 (Mixed Hours of Early Shifts and Evening Shifts) and 2 Days (Monday and Sunday Night - 23:15- 07:15) inclusive of Weekends and Bank Holidays40 - 45 Hours per week.Live-in accommodation is available if required at a cost of £280 p/m with additional utility bills.
