Job Description

Our clients have an enviable reputation across Brentwood as one of the leading Estate Agency and Lettings businesses.The Company operates across two towns and they are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to expand their team and deal with a huge increase in demand from Landlords and Tenants.The Lettings Negotiator Offer:

  • Basic salary £16,000 to £18,000 pa (depending on experience) plus commission
  • Realistic on target earnings of £25,000 per annum
  • Five day working week to include most Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week
  • Pension
  • 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays
  • Real career progression opportunities to grow within the business
  • Petrol allowance for using own car on business
    • The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:-
  • MUST have a minimum of one years’ experience within Lettings
  • Have a demonstrable record or successfully letting property to a high level
  • Able to conduct viewings and negotiate offers and lets
  • Able to confidently deal with discerning Landlords and Tenants both over the phone and face to face.
  • MUST have your own vehicle to use whilst at work
  • MUST be ambitious and outgoing to work confidently within a team and alone
  • Able to arrange everything through to contract stage and also arranging safety inspections
  • Able to process references through to sign up.
