Events Manager- Multi-purpose Leisure Venue - Brentwood - £35-40K+ 25% bonus + benefitsWe are looking for an Events Manager for an established leisure events operator to drive events trade at their newly acquired venue in Brentwood catering for up to 2000 people.This well-established multi-purpose events venue has played host to gigs from top music artists, comedians, as well as hosting concerts, festivals, conferences, exhibitions, enthusiast fairs and major sports and dance events and so has so much potential.Being a new venue for this operator, the post holder will be responsible for all elements; from sourcing new small to large scale events, working with key internal and external stake holders, managing budgets and forecasting, developing and implementingrobust operating procedures to hosting the events. With the company growing, you will also have the chance to develop and progress in the future to multi-venue management.To be considered for this post you will have been successful in a similar all-encompassing role, have a well-used book of contacts of suppliers, promotors and event organisers, possess great stake holder management skills and have the business acumen tomake the venue a commercial success.For more information please click apply and we will be in touch if you have the right level of experience.
