Job Description

A firm based in Brentford are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to join their team, to support identifying and securing jobs in schools.Client DetailsA growing company looking to bring in new and experienced senior recruitment consultants.Description

  • Place suitable candidates into schools to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals
  • Support and assist job seekers in finding their ideal job within schools
  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Help train, coach and develop junior members of the team
  • Lead by example in all areas of the role
  • Act as a pillar of support to others within the sales department
Profile
  • ideally 1 years experience in a senior recruitment consultant role
  • able to support other members of the team and offer advise and guidance
  • understands the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • worked in a temp recruitment before
