You are skilled in all the many demand generation disciplines, such as integrated campaigns, response-orientedcopy, CTAs, lead nurturing, lead scoring, landing page design, A/B testing, attribution, forms optimisation, etc. and will own the associated metrics. What You Will Do:
  • Strategically define, plan and deliver innovative, results-driven international campaign plans that use best-of-breed, modern marketing concepts and tools
  • Lead overall integrated campaign strategy execution and planning, outlining key regional marketing themes, messages and offers for promotional and thought leadership campaigns
  • Manage, report on and define KPIs that are meaningful and measurable, owning quarterly demand generation goals (net new leads created, MQL, opportunities, etc.) and ensuring exceptional ROI
  • Work cross functionally with other teams and team members to help guide the portfolio of marketing channels including regional websites, content marketing, database marketing, email nurturing, paid advertising, content syndication, SEO, social media, blogs,events and webinars, and defining new channels to market
  • Drive alignment between sales, territory development and marketing teams in Europe with headquarters marketing to ensure the latest content and messaging is being used and adapted to maximise pipeline
  • Measure, track and continually assess campaign and programme performance at a regional level and make recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness and investment in time
  • Oversee technical aspects of key marketing systems to generate, distribute and report on leads
What You Will Need:
  • A Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics or related fields
  • 5+ years creating and executing international demand generation campaigns; ideally for a software or technology company
  • 2+ years advance experience with Marketo and Salesforce (Marketo certification a plus); strong grasp of sales and marketing technologies, including Marketing Automation tools and CRM systems
  • Strong experience and expertise in digital marketing, including email and database marketing, search marketing, online advertising and defining other channels
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer value in everything you do, enabling you to see the bigger picture while executing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; strong organising and prioritising skills are a must
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an aptitude for analysing and translating data into actionable changes
  • A mindset for optimisation and testing, with a track record of constantly improving marketing programmes and testing new ways of executing to deliver meaningful results
  • The ability to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds and have the confidence to make informed decisions and act on them
