Its fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what theyre doing!Were committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Position Summary:Working closely with the International Marketing Director, the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, International will build NAVEX Globals reputation as a leader in integrated risk and compliance management solutions while supporting demand generation campaignsdriven by sales targets. Success in this role requires close coordination with corporate (HQ) marketing and the ability/willingness to leverage existing programmes, material and deliverables for use in the region.We Offer You:

What You Will Do:
  • Support the international Marketing communications strategy and plan execution in alignment with the established corporate strategy while incorporating appropriate localisation and/or custom components for the region
  • Execute brand marketing and customer engagement events in the region including, but not limited to hosted and third-party events, speakers bureau and customer advisory council
  • Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports, guides, blog posts, etc.) along with appropriate promotional material to support demand-generation campaigns. This will also include writing/editing of presentations, letters and other forms of communicationsfor internal and external stakeholders
  • As an extension of corporate media relations (PR) and social media strategy, execute in the region with appropriate localisation and/or occasional custom development
  • Manage international corporate brand identity through messaging, design, copy, tone of voice and other means, working in concert with HQ resources and personnel
  • Drive Customer Advocacy through Customer Advisory Boards, reference programmes and case study development
  • Manage the development of thought leadership content and international specific content (blogs, website copy, collateral, etc.)
  • Manage a team of content marketing and event professionals as well as local PR and design/creative agencies in coordination with corporate
Leading and Developing a High Performing Management Team:
  • Continuously lead, build, coach and inspire highly functional and diverse teams and team leaders with the goal of ongoing individual improvement and retention, establishing a culture that encourages and motivates members to achieve their maximum potential
  • Provide clear individual and team goals that ensure each team member understands their role in the success of NAVEX Global; make changes when necessary and proactively address performance issues
What You Will Need:
  • A Bachelors degree, preferably with a marketing, general business or technical emphasis
  • 7+ years of corporate marketing experience, preferably in the software industry and/or within public relations/advertising
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Previous experience in marketing communications and event management with enterprise software products
  • Previous experience in content development and creative direction
  • Experience running customer advocacy and customer advisory board programs
  • Demonstrated relationship development experience with various media and industry analysts
  • The ability to exert strong influence across organisations, being recognised as the voice of authority in area of responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster and manage relationships across multiple departments
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
