Our solutions are built to work in concert and help make organisationsmore resilient.The Professional Services Practice Leaders key objective is the departments successful implementation delivery, measured by customer satisfaction, on-time and on-budget completion metrics. As a key member of the Customer Success and Professional Servicesorganisation, the Practice Leader has a varied role. You will manage a team of 5 to 10 Solutions Consultants, overseeing customer engagements as well mentoring and shaping employee growth and professional development in line with NAVEX Global values and theProfessional Services methodology. Beyond the team, the Practice Leader serves as a Subject Matter Expert for NAVEX Global flagship products, providing insight and contributing customer feedback to Marketing, Product and Sales, as appropriate. You will deliveron a limited number of engagements annually, with complex or high-profile customers, providing oversight of consulting resources around solution design, delivery and customer management.The EMEA teams in the UK execute an ambitious expansion strategy set for the next five years.
