Job Description

Parts Manager - AutomotiveSalary: Starts at £20,000 negotiable - OTE £40,000Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30Located: Brentford, HounslowPermanentWe have a full time opportunity for a Parts Manager to join a renowned business based in Brentford.   • Oversee implementation of processes within the department, including staff, employment, training, staff holidays and disciplinary action. Implement new procedures, when required
  • Manage the health and safety procedures, including waste disposal, bulk oil storage tanks/ oil drums etc
  • Control purchasing, stock levels, consumables literature. Prepare budgets and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans
  • Deal with customer complaints if required
Skills / Experience: Parts Manager - Automotive
  • Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor (essential)
  • Experience using Drive and RTC, with proficient IT skills
  • Outstanding communication
  • Knowledge of recruiting and training new staff
  • A Full driving licence is preferred although not essential
