Working with a business where employees and customers are always at the core of their values and practices, you willbe offered excellent opportunities to develop and progress your career, alongside a competitive salary and benefits package.Job Description Working within a digitally focused role for niche insurance broking business with a leading presence in their market, and within one of the UK, and worlds most prestigious insurance groups, this is a stand-alone marketing manager role that will focus oncommunications to brokers, partners and customers, amongst other activity.The role will be hands on with a lot of the activity, and there will be opportunities to use external resource and internal central resource.You will be pro-active in your approach, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines, and be able to creating copy that aligns with industry regulations.The Successful Marketing ManagerYou will be a multi-channel marketing manager, or marketing executive, whose primary focus has been digital, ideally with experience working within a regulated sector such as financial services.Your experience will include engaging with an existing client base via email and newsletters, predominantly through digital channels, and it is imperative that you have first class copywriting skills. It is important that you have good CRM experience aswell as a meticulous attention to detail.Communication skills are key as you will be required to liaise with senior stakeholders within the business, as well as other stakeholders within group marketing, and third parties.An understanding of the insurance and property sector would be highly beneficial, as would a degree in Marketing, and/or CIM related qualification.Whats on Offer for the successful Marketing ManagerCompetitive base salary depending on experience, coupled with a good benefits package, bonus, and a degree of flexible working once bedded in.
