Job Description

  • Manage a high number of candidate calls on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage the administrative recruitment process from initial request through to closure, ensuring that the recruitment policy and process is followed, and steps duly recorded;
  • Attend and assist the Recruitment Manager with assessment days and be a Safetykleen ambassador
  • Carry out initial applicant screening for roles, including CV sifting, telephone interviews and all candidate communication
  • Schedule interviews where appropriate, and liaise with all parties to ensure that interviews take place in a timely and effective manner, and feedback provided to all parties;
  • Develop and maintain the candidate pipeline for relevant positions;
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to promote best practice, adhere to employment legislation, provide advice and support, and to ensure that best candidates recruited;
  • Take part in selection interviews where necessary;
  • Maintain comprehensive records of applicants and interview notes; adhering to our Recruitment policy
  • Ensure that all recruitment and temporary appointments are in accordance with employment legislation including but not limited to AWR;
  • Support the Recruitment Manager with all tasks delegated
