As a Field Support Executive, youll be delivering a consistently high level of service to our customers.A successful candidate will be someone that has a positive approach and a can-do attitude. Theyll need to be open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges.The Person

  • Experience within customer services, this could be from a customer service operation, a contact centre, or an office-based role where you have email customer service experience.
  • Fluency in German/ French/ Italian/ Spanish/ Norwegian/ Romanian and English
  • You must be IT iterate and be able to provide a customer service response via emails, chat and telephone
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Excel
  • A key quality to possess for the interview process, is to demonstrate a positive, friendly and customer orientated attitude
  • Able to demonstrate dealing with customers, via e-mail, chat and telephone
  • Able to deal with pressure and demonstrate examples
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A pro-active attitude with a self-starter attitude
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer issues and bring them through to prompt resolution
  • Able to start a new role immediately.
  • Prepared to stick at something - we get nervous if someone has jumped from job to job as we want people who are prepared to learn and grow
  • Be 100% flexible to work a variety of shift patterns
