Job Description

Site Name: UK - London - BrentfordPosted Date: Jun 3 2020The role:You will be responsible for maintaining & driving efficiencies in expert field team end user operations. Focusing on SFA - reporting, training, optimisation & analytics. By doing so you will become a super user for SFA.Your role will also include the below:Responsibility for ensuring executional ability through key sales team systems including:- VEEVA (platform for sharing content on the sales force system)- SFA – including set up of targets within the system, cycle plans & regular pulling of reports to reflect team performance- Engage (platform to run a remote skype style session on the sales force system)-Use of Power BI - SFA link up to share dashboard for field teamYour responsibilities:Work closely with Expert Marketing to support end user efficiency for MDA & Alloga (warehouse & distributors) in relation to ordering through SFA & the online portal for point of sale orders2. Regular data reporting for expert field team through Power BI working closely with the regional managers to understand reporting requirements.SFA ongoing management & super user activity:

  • Setting in system targets in line with EEM, Corporate Lead & Capability lead requirements
  • Ensuring materials are visible & functional in VEEVA
  • Ensuring the functionality of engage for remote interactionManagement of DCRs – Data change requestsPrivacy IRRs – requests for data removal from the systemNew starter system training & set upRoll out of new end user SFA functionality (supported by digital & data lead)Cycle plan set up – the on system requirements for the quarterAmends to sample ordering process within SFA system
  • GDPR & consent functionality in SFA
  • Ad hoc support for system
  • Other end user support to include:
  • Hardware for new starters & hardware auditing
  • Lock up contract management & contact
  • Support Expert Marketing with facilitation of the end to end process of sample delivery, stock management, forecasting, ordering & reporting through SFA & MDABasic qualifications:
  • Strong SFA skills
  • Experience working with both end users and technical team
  • Strong communications skills
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Super user of SFA
  • Experienced working with Power BI
