Job Description We are looking for a Digital Product specialist to work for a leading entertainment company!!!! APPLY NOW!!!! DIGITAL PRODUCT EXECUTIVE - WEB & APPSBRENTFORDWe are looking to recruit a Digital Product Manager for a leading entertainment company to ensure that the company website and mobile apps have an optimal performance to maximise revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of the digital platforms to identify pain points in the user journey and growth opportunities
  • Work with the customer support team to collect and analyse customer feedback, supporting the resolution of issues relating to digital products
  • Manage the demand process and be in day to day contact with marketing, operations, commercial and other internal stakeholders
  • Collate a backlog of requirements for fixes and new features and coordinate their delivery to internal teams
  • Test new features and fixes in production environment
  • Monitor competitor digital channels and industry best practise to suggest improvements
  • Work with relevant teams to create digital customer journeys
  • Assist with the organisations digital transformation efforts
The role will suit someone with experience in B2C transactional websites and mobile apps. An understanding of techniques to drive traffic generation, conversion, acquisition & optimisation.
