Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - immediate start required£9.60 per hour paid weekly4 week temporary role initially with potential to extend/go permanentMixture of home working and office basedWe are currently recruiting for our Global Outsourcing Client within their Customer Service department. Successful candidates will work a mixture of home based and office working so must be able to commute to Brentford on a regular basis.We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience who can support our client with a high volume of queries, this will be both over the phone and via email. You will be working on the clients pet campaign so a love of animals is ideal!All equipment will be provided - you will need to attend site to pick this up.What will you be doing

  • Working on the clients pet campaign
  • Handling a mixture of inbound calls and email queries
  • Resolving a variety of customer queries including insurance
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
  • Resolving customer complaints to company standard
    • What are we looking for
  • Previous experience within a similar role, contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
  • Love of animals or pets would be ideal
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong IT and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Hours of work -
  • Monday to Friday - 9am-6pm
  • Monday will be office based
  • Tuesday - Thursday will be working from home
    • Pay rate -
  • £9.60 per hour paid weekly
