Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Brentford£8.95 per hour paidfortnightlyPermanent roleImmediate start required!We are currently recruiting for our client on behalf of their client, a well known high street brand. This is an office based role so successful candidates must be able to commute to Brentford when required.This is a permanent opportunity so were looking for hard working, dedicated individuals who are looking for a long term position.We are looking to get someone started as soon as possible so if youre looking for a quick turn around then please get in touch!What will you be doing

  • Handling a mixture of inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Providing administrative support where required
  • Ensuring excellent customer service on all customer interactions
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Working across various platforms to support customers
What are we looking for
  • Previous experience within a similar role - contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast past environment
Hours of work -
  • Monday - Saturday, shifts between 8am-9pm
  • Sunday, shifts between 9am-6pm
  • Youll be provided with your rota in advance, this is a full time role
Salary -
  • £8.95 per hour
