Job Description

How would you like to work for the UKs number one pet insurance providerWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Petplan department as a Customer Representative for our Brentford office. Petplan offers quality insurance for loved pets and so we are looking for someone who is empathetic, friendly and professional to be able to deliver the high level of service our customers expect.After completing a comprehensive virtual training programme, you will be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls from new and existing customers. Day-to-day, you will be dealing with a variety of different types of calls such as general enquiries, policy renewals and new business. You will be required to promote and upsell additional features relating to each customers policy.Your training and development is paramount, and once fully trained, a personal development plan will be installed for each employee focussing on your career path with Allianz.Hours:Our operating hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm (you will work 2 in 5 Saturdays - when you work a Saturday you will get a day off in lieu). You will work a variety of fixed shift patterns covering the operating hours to cover 37.5 hours.Additional Information:Please note, you may be required to start your training programme virtually at home in accordance with government guidance relating to Covid-19.
