  • To manage inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, email and webmail
  • Ensuring all data is accurately entered on to the system
  • Collate, manage and monitor complaint, risk and cancellation case management facilitating positive case resolution
  • Contact all customers within agreed timeframe
  • Allocate, monitor and escalate internally to ensure customer receives resolution
  • Manage central complaint, risk and cancellation case management and route cause analysis
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring needs are fully understood
  • Working with business systems i.e. data input, work order creation and carry out analysis and reporting
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports for internal and external customers.
  • Liaising with and support colleagues to enable them to successfully complete allocated tasks whilst ensuring customers expectations of service are met as a minimum
